I must say the service at both locations in Ventura and here are AMAZING! The location in Ventura did not have all of the C&W demo units available because of space so Chester directed us up to Rob at this location. Rob made the transaction so easy and pleasant and over delivered. Ordered the mattress days before Xmas with the expectation that we would have to get it after Xmas and Rob called us two days in advance and said the mattress was ready if we were. Got our new mattress days before Xmas! Amazing! Gentlemen who came were total professionals with white glove service and did an amazing job. We will tell all our friends exactly where to get their next mattress from.....AMERICAN MATTRESS MAN!
