  I was looking for a used game and called their store, someone by the name of Todd picked up and placed me on hold for over 3 minutes, I disconnected and had to walk into the store. Every time I go to this location on Moorpark Road, the staff is very unwelcoming and rude. I went in to get a used copy of GTAV (xbox one) and they wanted $53.00 without the case. Bestbuy had it brand new for only $20.00. This place also takes advantage of kids when trading in their games then they re sell it for a huge profit. Never going to Gamestop again.

  One of the better stocked Game Stop's I have seen in the area. They have a lot of hard to find titles along with fan art and desk models of your favorite characters.
