Not a great fabric selection either, not willing to look into the possibility of ordering fabric they don't have. Answers to questions short, 2 people there last few times I've been in, one behind counter one at a machine sewing, neither makes a move to help. When I do buy a Bernina (because I REALLY want one when able to afford it!) will be making my purchase some where else.
