    I’m not one to complain, but this was honestly one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. I spoke to the manager but she was part of the issue, and she was not very apologetic or understanding. It ended up being almost a three hour process to upgrade my phone. I accidentally gave them the wrong zip code when they were trying to access my account (I just moved), which I understand did not help things. However, my account then got locked out because the manager tried to access it too many times, kept going after it should have been clear that it was the wrong information. For some reason, this made them unable to accept my card for payment for 24 hours until my account was unlocked. I had to go the bank and come back with cash. This time a male employee helps me, turns out that cash payments do not post immediately and they cannot upgrade my phone until the payment has posted. Was told it may be anywhere between one hour AND 48 HOURS!! I had no phone at this point, I am upgrading because it stopped working that day. I am expressing my concerns to him and trying to get more information, when he jumps to answer the phone WITHOUT so much as a quick “sorry” or “excuse me”! I was a little upset before that, but at that point I didn’t know what to do except walk out and let him finish his call. Came back an hour later, manager helps me again. The phone she said they had in stock an hour ago is actually not in stock, and I had to get a different color. This wouldn’t be the end of the world, except I know they weren’t busy enough to have sold out, she just didn’t check properly. THEN the manager goes to the back, supposedly to make a phone call. Had to be at least 30 minutes before she came back, my sale pending the whole time and the other guy on the floor is helping someone else, by the time I leave a line is starting to form. Told her I doesn’t seem like there are enough people working, was informed “we”re working on it, were just short staffed right now” Thank you, I can see that...

    Hands down best customer service around. I stopped going to Verizon stores and will stick with Go Wireless Newbury park due to their kind, friendly and awesome staff. The manager Matt goes above and beyond and has helped me on numerous occasions. Will be back again and again.
